What we do at events and Pro-Ams

On behalf of the PGA professional an elected committee that meets throughout the year organise and administer competitive golf events throughout the 3 counties.

Starting from our Foursomes event in February to our popular Winter Series at Stoke Park the BB&O PGA runs events under PGA tournament regulations that are exclusively for PGA members and assistants in training in the BB&O.

Our team of secretary Monica Green and assistant Pat Mills control all aspects of the competitions from entries through to the prize fund for individual tournaments, matchplays and pro-ams organised by clubs within the 3 counties.

The BB&O PGA provides on behalf of clubs at Pro –Am events the leading professionals in the area, a BB&O PGA tournament office and scoreboard, rules officials and starters,and at the end of your successful day the BB&O staff will record all scores and results and manage for you the Prize presentation. And when the day is over will place on the website the results of the event.
