Notice is Hereby Given that the Annual General Meeting of the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Professional Golfers Association will be held at Maidenhead Golf Club, Shoppenhangers Road, Maidenhead on Thursday 9^th February 2012 at 2.00pm for the following purposes.

To receive the Accounts for the year to 31^st December 2011

To hear reports from the Chairman (John Kennedy) and Secretary (Martin Morbey)

To elect members of the committee.

No members of the committee retire by rotation but there are 3 possible vacancies on the associations committee.  Nominations for committee much reach the secretary no later than 19^th January 2012, 21 days before the Annual General Meeting.

Notes:

Registered Trainees are permitted to attend the meeting but are not entitled to vote

Immediately following the Annual General Meeting a period will be allowed for general discussion by Members of points which they may wish to raise.  Any such discussions and the minutes thereof will not be in any way binding on the Meeting or subsequent Meetings or on the Association

On a poll but in no other circumstances votes may be given by proxy; proxy forms must be sent to the secretary at least 48 hours before the time appointed for the meeting.
