Who we are:/What we do

The BB&O PGA is the organising body for PGA professional golfers in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

The BB&O PGA is a county body of the Professional Golfers Association based at The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield and is entrusted to organise and administer tournaments on behalf of the professional members within the region

Founded in 1985 when 3 senior professionals had the vision to form the association on behalf of their colleagues.

They invited Mrs Monica Green a prominent lady golfer in the BB&O to form and organise playing opportunities for the professionals and assistants.

The association has continued to thrive under their guidance and now organises and runs up to 36 tournaments each year within the region from individual events for professionals and assistants, and Pro-Am events at clubs within the counties.

The association has a committee and secretary who meet to attend to matters of the association and its members.
